The Right Foods Cure. The second best hangover cure relies on foods. First you need fatty food before going to sleep: a fatty hamburger with French fries should do the trick. The idea is to keep fat stored in your body to replenish its energy. Then, the next morning when you wake up prepare yourself a breakfast consisting of natural orange juice, a banana and a couple of eggs. The orange will provide you Vitamin C, necessary to get rid of alcohol faster.

These are the two best hangover cures. In order to have a happy morning, remember that you should also take care of yourself before and while you are drinking. And needless to say the absolute best hangover cure is to avoid alcohol. Drinking in excess is not necessary if you want to have fun, you can learn to enjoy the night without drinking alcohol.
