Fix a Hangover Tips
Getting a hangover is awful, if you have been drinking all night long or have mixed some drinks, well, you know what I am talking about. This situation don’t seem to get better, but if you know how to fix a hangover, getting rid of the dizziness, headache and nausea can be easier than you think!
Keep these tips on how to fix a hangover in mind and you’ll be free of the awful signs of a hangover in no time!

Drink plenty of water before start drinking, in between drinks and the morning when you wake up. Water is very important to restore our body for heavy drinking, since it dehydrates the brain cells.

Before going to bed eat some fat. Fatty food will help restore the body while you sleep. Only do it in this situation, or else you’ll be working towards a fat body.

Take an aspirin to erase the headache. Even when you eat all the right things an re-hydrate your body, the headache will not go away that fast. An aspirin will help you.

Next morning, when you wake up help fix a hangover with a good breakfast. You’ll need to replenish your body with nutrients and energy. Drink an orange juice (Vitamin C rich), eat a banana (to help you settle your stomach), and some eggs (protein food).

This tip is great but I haven’t seen it given too much: take multi-vitamins. I have found that taking a multi-vitamin supplement once before drinking and once the morning after can make a big difference in the severity of the symptoms.

There is also a tip that says that you can fix a hangover with more alcohol in the morning after, however this is not a good advice, not only is ineffective, but can also take you down the path of alcoholism.
