Getting Rid of a Hangover
Waking up with a hangover is one of the worst things in the World, this happens after a night of alcohol, and although we say over and over “I’m not drinking again”, we end up partying and drinking and well… with another hangover. But, did you know that getting rid of a hangover is possible? People have tried and tested many things and now you can find ways to avoid feel bad after drinking.
One of the ways you can get of a hangover is consuming multi-vitamins. These multi-vitamins come in pills and you can take them before you start drinking. This way your body will balance with the nutrients and you won’t have a hangover or you’ll just end up with a small headache, easily curable through an aspirin.
Activated charcoal seems to be another choice for getting rid of a hangover. You just take one tablet while drinking. What this will do is absorb the impurities in the drink, and lessen the symptoms of a hangover.
When it comes to fruits, apples should be your choice; you must eat an apple the morning when you wake up after drinking. You can also try preparing a banana milkshake with honey. The banana will calm down your stomach and the honey will restore blood sugar levels and re-hydrate your body. Honey is also useful when you have a nasty hangover; in this case, it is advisable that you take 2 tablespoons each hour
Speaking of re-hydration, water is very important for getting rid of a hangover. The main reason your head hurts is because you don’t have a well hydrated body. I know you wake up thirsty, but always eat a glass of water BEFORE going to sleep, if you drink more, do it! As it will help you ease the signs of a hangover.
