Hangover Symptoms
Hangover symptoms appear after you have drinked a lot, or mixed types of drinks. You usually get it after waking up the next morning, feeling real bad and wanting to go to sleep again. The symptoms of a hangover include thirst, red eyes, tiredness, dizziness, headache, light and noise sensitivity, soft diarrhea and muscle ache.
When you have a hangover you might feel like you are still drunk. For example when you feel dizzy and you have a slight trouble walking correctly. These symptoms, according to the severity with which they appear, can influence the way you act. People with a hangover feel irritated, anxious and sometimes depressed with feelings of guilt of drinking too much.
Sleeping doesn’t do that much good to restore your body while you are drunk. This state only produces low quality rest with an interfered sleep pattern. So it happens a lot that when you wake up you feel like you haven’t rested in ages!
Hangover symptoms are not the same for everybody. For instance my hangover is primarily about a strong headache, while some of my friends feel mostly dizzy and irritated. The hangover symptoms are also dependant on the type of drinks you have ingested, your weight and size. A heavier body will absorb alcohol better.
These hangover symptoms, although persistent and annoying throughout the day, can be controlled. There are many ways and plenty of advice on how you can cure a hangover with special solutions or with home remedies. These symptoms are caused by many factors and one of them is dehydration; when we drink a lot we end up waking dehydrated. This sole fact produces a chain reaction of events.
